That's me...

HighHopesforHardTimes.com is the outgrowth of my wanting to share some encouragement with others.

Once the concept for this site came to me, I couldn’t let the idea go without doing something about it – and in my experience, that’s a pretty good indication that God is speaking to my heart to do something important.

To be honest, this is one project I really wanted to realize… Probably because I’ve been down and out many times in my life and I know that during those times just a few simple words of encouragement can really help you make it through.

The fact is, people need encouraging words, especially during those really tough times and seasons we are all bound to go through in our lives. So, I’m more than happy to share this site with those of you who are searching for hope in your time of need.

I sincerely hope you find encouragement in the Bible verses, quotes and articles you’ll find here, and that in some small way this site will have a positive and meaningful impact on your life that ripples out to those around you.
